House Clearances

Plymouth Auction Rooms have been undertaking house clearances for almost twenty years in Devon & Cornwall. We understand how difficult it can be to organise so we are happy to provide a no-obligation estimate to clear a property of any size, and we can also confirm which items are saleable and which will need to be disposed.

We can provide clear professional valuations of the saleable items and advice on how to achieve their highest price at auction.

The entire contents from a property are removed leaving the property in an order ready for marketing.

We regularly receive instructions from many solicitors and estate in agents in the area.

Please contact us to see how we can help you.

Q: How do I go about clearing the contents of a property?

Plymouth Auction Rooms have been undertaking house clearances for almost twenty years in Devon & Cornwall. We understand how difficult it can be to organise so we are happy to provide a no-obligation estimate to clear a property of any size, and we can also confirm which items are saleable and which will need to be disposed.

Q: I do not live in locally but I need to sell items in a property in Plymouth.

A valuer from Plymouth Auction Rooms can meet either your self or the selling agent at a property and then forward valuation and sales advice to you by email or post. Following instructions we will keep you up dated with pre sales advice and results. Payment will be sent directly you following each sale.

Q: How I do I sell antiques that I have inherited?

If you decide to sell at Plymouth Auction Rooms you will be given a written receipt for your property together with a Vendor Number and notification of the sale dates for which the items are to be entered.

If you are unable to deliver your items, Plymouth Auction Rooms can organise collection on your behalf using independent carriers, there is a charge for this service which is deducted from the sale proceeds
